　　儀表測量方法:濰柴汽輪發電機組一般采用螺桿式壓力計。使用時，將氣缸壓力表的接頭旋進噴油器座孔內，然后帶動曲軸與起動器旋轉4 ~ 6s，使柴油機轉速保持在300r/min左右。氣缸壓力表指示的壓力是被測氣缸的壓縮力。記下測量值，然后向缸內加入少量油，轉動柴油發電機，如果測得的壓力明顯不同于正常，說明缸內測試閥門失效。

　　Instrument measurement method: screw type pressure gauge is generally used in Weichai steam turbine generator set. When in use, screw the connector of cylinder pressure gauge into the injector seat hole, and then drive the crankshaft and starter to rotate for 4 ~ 6S, so as to maintain the diesel engine speed at about 300r / min. The pressure indicated by the cylinder pressure gauge is the compression force of the cylinder under test. Note down the measured value, then add a small amount of oil into the cylinder and turn the diesel generator. If the measured pressure is significantly different from normal, it means that the test valve in the cylinder is invalid.

　　經驗排除法:判斷閥門故障是否有三種情況:燃氣發電機組在運行過程中速度不穩定，排氣管有“突發性、突發性”響聲，異常冒煙(黑煙或藍煙)。當柴油發電機組具有這三種工況時，采用單缸截油法確定缸的故障。首先將各氣缸的高壓管斷開，觀察高壓管斷開前后各氣缸的工作狀態變化。如果在氣瓶高壓油管斷開后的后排出現黑煙消失或減弱，氣瓶就有麻煩了。如果缸內高壓油管斷開后排黑煙或藍煙現象不消失，說明缸內無故障。各高壓油泵油管斷開后如未發現故障缸，應分析柴油機常見故障。

　　Experience elimination method: judge whether there are three kinds of valve faults: the speed of gas generator unit is unstable during operation, the exhaust pipe has "sudden, sudden" sound, and abnormal smoke (black smoke or blue smoke). When the diesel generator set has these three working conditions, the single cylinder cut-off method is used to determine the cylinder failure. First, disconnect the high-pressure pipe of each cylinder, and observe the working state change of each cylinder before and after the disconnection of the high-pressure pipe. If the black smoke disappears or weakens after the high-pressure oil pipe of the gas cylinder is disconnected, the gas cylinder will be in trouble. If the phenomenon of black smoke or blue smoke does not disappear after the high-pressure oil pipe in the cylinder is disconnected, it means there is no fault in the cylinder. If no fault cylinder is found after the oil pipe of each high-pressure oil pump is disconnected, common faults of diesel engine shall be analyzed.

　　閥門在燃氣發電機組中起著重要的作用，一旦發生故障，必須立即找人員進行維修。閥門屬于易損件，當嚴重燃燒或斷裂時，一般應更換同類型的新產品。若錐體表面積碳過多，點蝕或銹蝕面積小，可用于閥門磨床或手動研磨，以達到閥門密封燃燒室的效果。在排除故障時，工作人員一定要細心和耐心，并注意對問題的總結和記錄，及時積累相關經驗，以防止再次發生閥門故障。
