　　4、三過濾更換周期(柴過濾、機(jī)過濾、空過濾、水過濾)，過濾器起到過濾柴油、機(jī)油或水的作用，防止雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入機(jī)體內(nèi)。 柴油中油污、雜質(zhì)也是不可避免的存在，因此在機(jī)組運(yùn)行過程中，過濾器起著重要的作用，但同時(shí)這些油污或雜質(zhì)也堆積在過濾壁上，降低了過濾器的過濾能力，堆積過度，油路由此成為油機(jī)的備用機(jī)組每?jī)赡旮鼡Q一次。

　　4. Three filter replacement cycles (diesel filter, engine filter, air filter, water filter), the filter plays a role in filtering diesel, engine oil or water, preventing impurities from entering the engine body. Oil stains and impurities are also inevitable in diesel, so the filter plays an important role in the operation of the unit. However, at the same time, these oil stains or impurities also accumulate on the filter wall, reducing the filtering capacity of the filter. Excessive accumulation makes the oil circuit a backup unit for the oil engine, which needs to be replaced every two years.

　　5、冷卻系統(tǒng)、水泵、水箱及輸水管道長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不沖洗，水循環(huán)不暢，冷卻效果下降，管接頭是否良好，水箱、自來水是否漏水等冷卻系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障，導(dǎo)致冷卻效果較差，發(fā)電機(jī)組即使水箱漏水導(dǎo)致水箱內(nèi)水位下降，機(jī)組也不能正常動(dòng)作。 (冬季使用發(fā)電機(jī)時(shí)，建議在冷卻系統(tǒng)中安裝水加熱器，以免水管凍結(jié)。

　　5. If the cooling system, water pump, water tank, and water supply pipeline are not flushed for a long time, the water circulation is not smooth, the cooling effect decreases, the pipe joints are good, and the water tank and tap water are leaking, the cooling system malfunctions, resulting in poor cooling effect.
