The water temperature requirements of biogas generator are clearly specified, but some operators like to adjust the outlet water temperature very low. 其實水溫只要不超過95℃就不會發生氣蝕，冷卻水(液)也不會中斷。相反，如果水溫過低，對沼氣發動機的工作有害。一是溫度低，氣缸內沼氣燃燒條件惡化，燃料霧化不良，著火后燃期增長，發動機工作易粗暴，加劇曲軸軸承、活塞環等零部件的損壞，功率降低，經濟性降低。

Fifth, the water temperature is too low, the oil temperature is also low, the oil is thickened, the fluidity is poor, and the oil pump pump has less oil, resulting in insufficient oil supply for the generator set. In addition, the crankshaft bearing clearance is small, and the lubrication is poor.

四是轉速過低使聯動機構工作機械的轉速也降低，就會降低工作的機械性能，如降低水泵的出水量，減少水泵的揚程等。
