（2）、磨合應(yīng)視柴油機(jī)用途和拖載方式的不同，來考慮具體磨合方案。原則上隨著磨合時(shí)間的增加分階段逐步提高柴油機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速和負(fù)載，在整個(gè)磨合期內(nèi)負(fù)荷以12h標(biāo)定功率的50~80%為宜，轉(zhuǎn)速應(yīng)不大于標(biāo)定轉(zhuǎn)速的80%為好。但在磨合的開始階段空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)或過小負(fù)載情況下的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間不宜太長(zhǎng)。

(2) The specific running-in plan should be considered based on the different uses and towing methods of the diesel engine. In principle, as the running in time increases, the speed and load of the diesel engine should be gradually increased in stages. During the entire running in period, the load should be 50-80% of the rated power for 12 hours, and the speed should not exceed 80% of the rated speed. However, the operating time should not be too long during the initial stage of running-in when idling or under small loads.

注：每當(dāng)更換缸套、活塞、活塞環(huán)、連桿軸瓦和曲拐后亦應(yīng)按上述磨合工況適當(dāng)進(jìn)行短期磨合。

Note: Whenever cylinder liners, pistons, piston rings, connecting rod bearing shells, and cranks are replaced, short-term running-in should also be carried out appropriately according to the above running-in conditions.

柴油機(jī)的使用：

（1）、柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組投入正常使用后，應(yīng)經(jīng)常注視所有儀表的指標(biāo)值和觀察整機(jī)運(yùn)行的動(dòng)態(tài)：要經(jīng)常檢查冷卻系統(tǒng)和各部分潤(rùn)滑油的液面，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有不符規(guī)定要求或出現(xiàn)損漏時(shí)，應(yīng)即給予補(bǔ)充或檢查原因予以排除。

(1) After the diesel generator set is put into normal use, always watch the indicator values of all instruments and observe the dynamic operation of the whole machine: frequently check the level of lubricating oil in the cooling system and various parts. If there is any non-compliance with the specified requirements or leakage, immediately supplement or check the causes for elimination.

（2）、在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中，特別是當(dāng)突減負(fù)荷時(shí)，應(yīng)注意防止因調(diào)速器失靈使柴油機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)突然升高超過規(guī)定值，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)此類情況應(yīng)先迅速采取緊急停車措施，然后再查清原因。

(2) During operation, especially when sudden load reduction occurs, attention should be paid to preventing the sudden increase in diesel engine operation beyond the specified value due to governor failure. When such situations occur, emergency shutdown measures should be taken quickly before identifying the cause.

柴油機(jī)與工作機(jī)械功率的匹配：

用戶選用柴油機(jī)時(shí)不僅應(yīng)考慮與之配套的工作機(jī)械所需功率的大小，還須考慮工作機(jī)械的負(fù)荷率，比如是間歇使用，還是連續(xù)使用。同時(shí)要考慮工作機(jī)械的運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性，即負(fù)載的工作合理性和柴油機(jī)的特性的必須合理匹配。

因此，柴油機(jī)功率的正確標(biāo)定和柴油機(jī)與工作機(jī)械特性的合理匹配乃是保證柴油機(jī)可靠、長(zhǎng)壽命以及經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的前提，否則將可能使柴油機(jī)超負(fù)荷運(yùn)行和產(chǎn)生不必要的故障；或負(fù)載功率過小，柴油機(jī)功率不能得到充分的運(yùn)用，這樣既不經(jīng)濟(jì)并且易產(chǎn)生機(jī)油等弊病。
