柴油發(fā)電機實質(zhì)是一臺三次諧波自勵磁凸極式三相四線同步發(fā)電機，因具有輸出功率大、適合移動等優(yōu)點，故廣泛用于廠礦、工程施工等場合。雖然功率不同的發(fā)電機，其繞組數(shù)據(jù)有所不同，但電路連接基本相同：

假如說想再接一臺2KW的單相電機的話很有可能造成三相不平衡。如果想單獨接單相電用的話可以三根火線中隨便拉一根當作火線。再接一根零線可以當作單相電用。要是想單獨接一相出來用也可以。不過功率是不能太大的設(shè)備。那樣容易造成三相不平衡。另外三相柴油發(fā)電機還得看多少KW的發(fā)電機。小的發(fā)電機見意接三相電后?？梢越右恍┱彰魇裁吹?。不主張再接功率大的電器。

2、交流發(fā)電機接地中線的連接通常由用戶安裝時決定，當柴油發(fā)電機組作為唯一電源時，中線必須直接連到工廠接地線上。

柴油電機組要做到精確接線，首先應(yīng)辨別接線柱或引出線是相線仍是零線。通常情況下，發(fā)電機的各接線柱或引出線都用必然的標記來區(qū)別是相線仍是零線。只要加以重視就可進行辨別零線接線柱常常使用字母M或O作標記，也有在接線旁標以接地符號標示的。

To achieve precise wiring of diesel generator sets, the first step is to distinguish whether the terminal or outgoing line is a phase line or a zero line. Usually, the terminals or leads of a generator are marked with necessary markings to distinguish whether it is a phase line or a neutral line. 如果零線接線柱上無符號或符號恍惚不清，可在發(fā)電機運行歷程中用電壓表測試鑒定，不要采用“碰火”的操作。

If there is no symbol on the zero wire terminal or the symbol is unclear, a voltmeter can be used to test and identify it during the operation of the generator, and the operation of "touching fire" should not be used.
