　　When the gas generator unit works, the cooling water enters from the inlet of the front cover of the oil cooler, passes through the inside of the copper pipe, and then flows out from the outlet of the rear cover. The oil enters from the oil inlet at the lower right side of the shell, flows back through the gap between the aluminum wing tubes according to the baffle limit direction, and then flows out from the oil outlet at the upper left side of the shell. Oil and cooling water flow in opposite direction, and heat exchange is carried out through copper and aluminum tubes, so as to reduce oil temperature of cooling water.

　　There is a cover oil cooler in front of and behind the air release valve, which can open the air cooling water discharged when adding the circulating low temperature water of the natural gas generator unit and prevent the air resistance from affecting the cooling effect.

　　機油冷卻器的前后蓋下有一個放油塞。當環境溫度低于5℃時，停機并松開放油塞和放油閥的螺絲，將油冷卻器內的水放掉，以免損壞銅管、鋁翼管和前后蓋。如有可能，用戶可從一側的水旋塞或放氣閥座孔上連接壓力為588kPa的壓縮空氣，向內吹4-5分鐘，直到另一側的放氣孔上看不到水噴嘴為止。

　　There is a drain plug under the front and rear covers of the oil cooler. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ℃, stop the machine and loosen the screws of the oil plug and oil drain valve to drain the water in the oil cooler, so as to avoid damaging the copper pipe, aluminum wing pipe and front and rear covers. If possible, the user can connect the compressed air with pressure of 588kpa from the water cock or the vent valve seat hole on one side and blow it inwards for 4-5min until the water nozzle is not visible from the vent hole on the other side.

　　在機油冷卻器外殼的下方有一個油插頭。在更換油濾清器濾芯前，同時擰開兩個油塞，將油冷卻器內的油取出，以免過多的油從油濾芯流出，污染燃氣發生器。

　　There is an oil plug under the oil cooler housing. Before replacing the oil filter element, unscrew two oil plugs at the same time to take out the oil in the oil cooler, so as to avoid excessive oil flowing out of the oil filter element and polluting the gas generator.
