Generally, the environment for temperature measurement is the thermoelectric temperature of winding under rated working condition The temperature at the highest temperature is 30 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ higher than that between bars in the slot.

定子繞組絕緣老化。定子繞組絕緣作用非常重要，其能夠起到減緩機械老化、減緩電老化、減緩承受熱老化的作用，此三者如果作用不好，則會讓設備的老化速度加快，對設備的長期使用產生損害。對于機械老化，企業在解決此問題的時候大多在端部應用環氧適形材料，通過玻璃絲帶加固，槽位進行毛氈墊條，雙側打緊槽楔，此方法能夠解一時的燃眉之急，但是經過多年的運行之后，其穩定性依然受到挑戰，尤其槽楔部分，松動明顯，需重新固定。對于電老化，其為絕緣體外表面的防暈結構，此結構對于端部和槽部的完善情況還有待改善，絕緣內部的空氣消除還沒有達到理想目標。對于熱老化，則主要考慮對其溫度的檢測，要注意溫度不要超過絕緣體所承受的值。

For thermal aging, the main consideration is the detection of its temperature, which should not exceed the maximum value of the insulator.

定子繞組絕緣污穢。當前階段，很多水輪發電機組內部都會出現積灰現象，常年使用所產生的油污也比較嚴重，積灰與油污的產生對于設備的運行影響較大，同時也會影響鐵芯的散熱情況，嚴重情況下還會引發火災事故。通常在檢修過程中，使用壓縮空氣吹掃，或者使用毛刷、白布與溶劑進行清潔，次清潔方式容易使設備清潔不到位，無法達到更本清潔的目的。

4 發電機滅火裝置?，F階段我國使用的滅火裝置大多為水器滅火，滅火設備也多為人為操作進行滅火。滅火應當為在發電機組管控設備出現跳閘情況，管理人員發現設備出現冒煙情況或者聞到有焦糊味道的時候，立即進行滅火操作。首先使用手動關閉滅火裝置的滲漏排水閥，之后打開供水閥，保證水源的充足供應，啟動消防閥，同時要對發電機的孔蓋和門進行關閉，給水延續到發電機下部蓋板已經漏水為止。但是當前階段對于供水閥、排水閥、消防閥的檢修不到位，在使用過程中發現閥門無法使用，引起火勢蔓延。

However, at present, the maintenance of water supply valve, drain valve and fire valve is not in place, and it is found that the valve can not be used in the process of use, causing fire spread.
