將控制屏鑰匙開關從OFF打向ON位置，觀察面板上儀表背景燈亮，表示控制屏已上電，同時機組燃油處于打開狀態，電子調速控制器、電噴控制器處于工作狀態。

Turn the key switch of the control panel from off to on, and the instrument background light on the observation panel is on, which indicates that the control panel has been powered on, the fuel of the unit is on, and the electronic speed control and EFI controller are in the working state.

2、啟動

選擇機組怠速/全速開關，進行機組啟動。通常怠速運行時間不應超過5分鐘。

Select the unit idle / full speed switch to start the unit. Generally, the idle running time should not exceed 5 minutes.

按下啟動按鈕，持續時間不大于30秒，發動機在啟動馬達帶動下開始啟動，啟動成功，釋放啟動按鈕，機組進入運行狀態。

Press the start button, the duration is not more than 30 seconds, the engine starts to start under the drive of the starting motor, the start button is released, and the unit enters into operation state.

一次啟動時間應盡量控制在5—10秒，延長啟動馬達和蓄電池使用壽命。

The starting time should be controlled within 5-10 seconds to prolong the service life of starting motor and battery.

3、運行

機組進入全速運行，發電機電壓、頻率正常穩定后，操作人員可將發電空開合上。

When the unit is running at full speed and the generator voltage and frequency are normal and stable, the operator can switch on the power generation air switch.

機組在運行中，操作人員還應經常觀察了解機組運行是否正常、控制屏儀表指示是否在正常位置、控制 屏有無預報警指示、燃油箱燃油位情況等運行參數，并定時對機組運行參數進行記錄。

During the operation of the unit, the operator should often observe and understand whether the unit is running normally, whether the instrument indication of the control panel is in the normal position, whether the control panel has pre alarm indication, fuel tank fuel level and other operating parameters, and regularly record the operation parameters of the unit.

4、急停

4. Emergency stop

一旦操作人員發現機組出現嚴重故障或配電故障時，可按下控制屏急停按鈕，對機組進行立即停機。無特殊情況發生時，不能隨意地通過急停按鈕對機組進行停機操作。

Once the operator finds that the unit has serious fault or power distribution failure, he can press the emergency stop button on the control panel to stop the unit immediately. When there is no special situation, it is not allowed to stop the unit by emergency stop button.

5、正常停機

5. Normal shutdown

機組正常停機前，首先將負載分離（發電空開分斷），然后將機組空載運行一定時間后（3～5 分鐘），讓機組得到充分冷卻后停機。（冷卻運行切勿在怠速下進行）

Before the normal shutdown of the unit, the load shall be separated first (the generator air switch is disconnected), and then the unit shall be shut down after the unit has been fully cooled after a certain period of no-load operation (3-5 minutes). (do not operate at idle speed)

關斷控制屏鑰匙開關使機組停止的操作是無效的。正確的停機操作，必須在控制屏上電時，按停機按鈕才能使機組停止運行。

It is invalid to turn off the key switch of control panel to stop the unit. For correct shutdown operation, the unit can be stopped only by pressing the stop button when the control panel is powered on.

6、運行之后

6. After running

機組停機后，還有必要進行下列工作：

After the unit stops, it is necessary to carry out the following work:

a.檢查機組有無“三漏”現象（潤滑油、燃油、冷卻液）。

a. Check the unit for "three leakage" (lubricating oil, fuel oil and coolant).

b.關閉燃油閥。

b. Close the fuel valve.

c.關閉機房進、排風設施（必要時）。

c. Close the air intake and exhaust facilities of the machine room (if necessary).

d.關閉發電機輸出斷路器。

d. Turn off the generator output circuit breaker.

e.關閉控制屏電源鑰匙開關，取出鑰匙，妥善保管（必要時）。

e. Turn off the power key switch of the control panel, take out the key and keep it properly (if necessary).

f.長時間停機或進行機組維護保養時，必須將機組啟動電瓶負極電纜拆除，必要時還應放盡燃油和冷卻液等。

f. When the unit is shut down for a long time or the unit is maintained, the negative cable of the starting battery of the unit must be removed. If necessary, the fuel and coolant should be drained.
