1) How it works

在電控單元的控制下, 尿素泵將尿素溶液從尿素罐中抽出, 計(jì)量、加壓后送到雙流體霧化噴槍, 壓縮空氣經(jīng)控制單元調(diào)壓后也送到計(jì)量噴槍,噴射閥打開(kāi)后, 尿素在壓縮空氣的引射作用下噴出,和壓縮空氣混合后經(jīng)噴嘴霧化后噴入排氣管道。電控單元根據(jù)廢氣流量、催化劑的溫度和NOX濃度精確計(jì)算出所需的尿素溶液噴射量, 發(fā)出相應(yīng)的脈寬調(diào)制信號(hào)給計(jì)量泵, 計(jì)量泵根據(jù)信號(hào)對(duì)尿素溶液進(jìn)行計(jì)量, 從而保證時(shí)刻精確的尿素溶液噴射到排氣管道。

Under the control of the electronic control unit, the urea solution is pumped out of the urea tank by the urea pump, measured and pressurized, and then sent to the dual flow atomizing spray gun. The compressed air is also sent to the metering spray gun after the pressure is regulated by the control unit. The urea solution is decomposed into ammonia (NH3) and water (H2O) in the mixing zone of exhaust pipe in case of high temperature flue gas. After being fully mixed with the flue gas, it enters the catalyst module. In the catalytic reaction zone, NH3 and NOx react to generate harmless nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O), and finally it is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.

尿素溶液分解如下：CO(NH2)2 + H2O = 2NH3 + CO2 尿素經(jīng)熱解、水解生成氨氣，為反應(yīng)提供原料。

The decomposition of urea solution is as follows: CO (NH2) 2 + H2O = 2nh3 + CO2. Urea is pyrolyzed and hydrolyzed to produce ammonia, which provides raw material for the reaction.

發(fā)電機(jī)組煙氣經(jīng)過(guò)排氣管道進(jìn)入凈化系統(tǒng)，尾氣中的NOX通過(guò)煙氣脫硝系統(tǒng)時(shí),與氨氣充分混合后的廢氣發(fā)生催化還原反應(yīng)，將NOX還原為無(wú)害的N2和H2O。

The flue gas of the generator set enters the purification system through the exhaust pipe. When the NOx in the tail gas passes through the flue gas denitration system, the catalytic reduction reaction takes place in the exhaust gas fully mixed with ammonia, which reduces NOx to harmless N2 and H2O.
