1、燃氣氣源管線與燃氣機進氣接口處須安裝密封墊片并使得緊固可靠，應急手動停車閥門功能應可靠。

2、燃氣管線的螺紋連接處須加纏密封膠帶，焊 接部位不得有氣孔。

3、檢查機房內管線是否漏氣，如有泄漏，須處理后再開機。

1、混合器法蘭及蝶門軸頸徑向間隙不得漏氣。

傳感器與控制屏組合模擬檢測

1、油壓檢測：裝有壓力繼電器的原動機，用壓力校驗儀檢測設定值，檢查控制屏是否分閘停機。裝有監控儀的原動機，先自檢，然后拆下信號輸入線檢查控制屏是否分閘停機。

1. Oil pressure detection: for prime mover with pressure relay, use pressure calibrator to detect the set value and check whether the control panel is shut down. The prime mover equipped with monitor first checks itself, and then removes the signal input line to check whether the control panel is shut down or not.

2、油溫、水溫檢測：將模擬檢測好的傳感器與傳感器導線連接，把傳感器放在排氣管上加溫，檢測是否在設定值上分閘停機。

3、檢查燃氣發電機組氣源應急閥門、電磁閥是否可靠。

4、減掉負載，合上短路器開關，把轉速開關設置到額定轉速位置，然后調整2301A速度控 制 器的額定轉速電位器，緩慢順時針旋轉直至機組在設定值報 警分閘、超 速停機為止，然后將額定轉速電位器逆時針復位到原來的位置。

1、開機前，應清理機組（旋轉部件）上放置的雜物（如盤車杠、工具、螺釘等），以免開車時工件飛出去傷人。
