Biogas generator sets can be marine 50Hz or 60Hz alternators, mostly three-phase synchronous generators. According to the generator set, it can be divided into gas generator, steam turbine generator and diesel generator. Steam turbine generator or gas turbine generator is used in some large ships and some ships. General ships use medium speed diesel generators. Other ships use low-speed shaft generators, mostly of medium capacity.

1．一般維護

為保證發電機正常工作，在它附近不應有水，油及污物堆積，不能有腐蝕性氣體，以免損傷發電機繞組絕緣。

在防潮防塵的同時，要注意不能影響發電機的正常通風冷卻。要經常清潔通風孔道內的灰塵污物，保持暢通無阻。冷卻空氣的溫度不得過低，以免繞組及其它導電器件上凝結水珠。

While preventing moisture and dust, pay attention not to affect the normal ventilation and cooling of the generator. Always clean the dust and dirt in the ventilation duct and keep it unobstructed. The temperature of cooling air shall not be too low to avoid condensation on windings and other conductive devices.

對因故短期停止運行的發電機，集電環可不必包扎保護，但要在電刷與集電環之間墊以絕緣紙板、石臘紙或瀝青紙，以免電刷在集電環表面—上形成斑點。

For the generator that stops running for a short time for some reason, the collector ring does not need to be wrapped for protection, but insulating cardboard, paraffin paper or asphalt paper shall be padded between the brush and the collector ring to prevent the brush from forming spots on the surface of the collector ring.

發電機的加工面，如果由于油，漆脫落而銹蝕時，應及時除銹，并涂以防銹漆。

If the machined surface of the generator is rusted due to oil and paint falling off, it shall be derusted in time and coated with antirust paint.

2．拆裝注意事項

發電機拆裝方法與異步電動機大致相同，但由于發電機重量大，拆裝時應注意不要碰傷。拆卸端蓋時，注意不要碰傷凸出在機座處面的定子線圈；取出轉子時，要在電機定、轉子間墊以紙板，以防損傷鐵芯和繞組在用鋼索綁扎轉子時，鋼索不得碰到轉子軸頸、鳳扇、集電滑及轉手引線。綁鋼索處必 須墊以木板或橡皮。

The disassembly and assembly method of the generator is roughly the same as that of the asynchronous motor, but due to the large weight of the generator, care should be taken not to bump during disassembly and assembly. When removing the end cover, be careful not to damage the stator coil protruding from the base; When taking out the rotor, cardboard shall be padded between the stator and rotor of the motor to prevent damage to the iron core and winding. When binding the rotor with steel cable, the steel cable shall not touch the rotor journal, Phoenix fan, collector slip and rotating lead. The place where the steel cable is tied must be padded with wood or rubber.

在油環潤滑的滑動軸承中，軸承的油量應一定，一般不在運行時注油。油量在規定液面下，軸承不應甩油，以免濺到繞組上。

In the sliding bearing lubricated by oil ring, the oil quantity of the bearing shall be certain, and it is generally not injected during operation. When the oil volume is below the specified liquid level, the bearing shall not throw oil to avoid splashing on the winding.

采用滾珠或滾柱軸承的電機，當運行約2000h時，即需更換潤滑脂一次。軸承用于灰塵多而又潮濕環境中時，應根據情況經常更換潤滑油。

For motors with ball or roller bearings, the grease needs to be replaced once when running for about 2000h. When the bearing is used in dusty and humid environment, the lubricating oil shall be changed frequently according to the situation.

在啟動長期停用的發電機前：如裝有滾動軸承時，必 須先檢查其潤滑狀態，若原有潤滑脂已臟或已經硬化變質，必 須先將軸承沖洗干凈，再用汽油清洗。后填人清潔的潤滑脂。填入量為軸承室空間的2／3，不可填入過多。

Before starting the generator that has been out of service for a long time: if the rolling bearing is installed, its lubrication state must be checked first. If the original lubricating grease is dirty or hardened and deteriorated, the bearing must be washed first and then cleaned with gasoline. Then fill with clean grease. The filling amount is 2 / 3 of the bearing chamber space, and it is not allowed to fill too much.
