In order to ensure the safety of using biogas generator set, the manufacturer of biogas generator set will analyze the specific situation of oil leakage fault of supercharger of biogas generator set:

1、壓殼出口因油氣積累而引起的增壓器壓氣端漏油：檢查增壓器，確認(rèn)增壓器是合格品，一般可以從增壓器的使用情況來(lái)分析，如使用環(huán)境灰塵大，引起空濾清器堵塞造成負(fù)壓達(dá)5.5kPa以上，即會(huì)造成增壓器壓氣端漏油；汽車在山區(qū)下大坡，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組不加油門低速行駛15分鐘以上，增壓器中壓葉輪背面建立不起氣封形成真空也會(huì)引起增壓器壓氣端漏油。只要經(jīng)常保養(yǎng)空濾清器，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組怠速時(shí)間不要過長(zhǎng)，這種假性漏油現(xiàn)象即可排除。

1. Oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger caused by oil and gas accumulation at the outlet of the pressure shell: check the supercharger and confirm that the supercharger is qualified. Generally, it can be analyzed from the service condition of the supercharger. If the dust in the service environment causes the blockage of the air filter and the negative pressure is more than 5.5kpa, oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger will be caused; When the car goes downhill in the mountain area, the biogas generator set runs at a low speed for more than 15 minutes without the refueling valve, and the air seal cannot be established on the back of the medium pressure impeller of the supercharger to form a vacuum, which will also cause oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger. As long as the air filter is regularly maintained, the idle time of biogas generator set should not be too long, and this false oil leakage can be eliminated.

2、機(jī)油壓力過高會(huì)引起增壓器漏油：沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組增壓器的進(jìn)油壓力過高也是引起增壓器漏油的原因之一。當(dāng)我們經(jīng)檢查確認(rèn)增壓器是合格品，而又發(fā)現(xiàn)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)油壓遠(yuǎn)高于說(shuō)明書的規(guī)定，則要檢查沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)，調(diào)壓閥是否卡死或失靈，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)油壓力正常了，增壓器的漏油即可排除。

2. Too high oil pressure will cause oil leakage of supercharger: too high oil inlet pressure of supercharger of biogas generator set is also one of the reasons for oil leakage of supercharger. When we check and confirm that the supercharger is qualified and find that the oil pressure of the biogas generator set is much higher than that specified in the manual, we should check whether the lubrication system and pressure regulating valve of the biogas generator set are stuck or fail. If the oil pressure of the biogas generator set is normal, the oil leakage of the supercharger can be eliminated.

3、回油不暢會(huì)造成增壓器漏油：沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組增壓器的回油是靠油的自重從增壓器回油管回入沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組中，如果回油管出現(xiàn)縮節(jié)和阻塞，增壓器的回油不暢，增壓器會(huì)出現(xiàn)兩端滲漏機(jī)油。應(yīng)排除回油不暢，在增壓器完好的情況下，故障也即排除。

3. Poor oil return will cause oil leakage of the supercharger: the oil return of the supercharger of the biogas generator set is returned from the oil return pipe of the supercharger to the biogas generator set by the self weight of the oil. If the oil return pipe shrinks and blocks, the oil return of the supercharger is poor, and the oil leakage at both ends of the supercharger will occur. The poor oil return shall be eliminated. If the supercharger is in good condition, the fault shall be eliminated.

4、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組廠家在施工中頻繁停車起動(dòng)：沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組在施工中頻繁停車起動(dòng)，會(huì)引起增壓器中間殼渦輪端結(jié)焦；同時(shí)引起中間殼回油腔結(jié)焦，使增壓器回油腔縮小回油不暢產(chǎn)生漏油，應(yīng)檢查各易損件是否完好，并清除結(jié)焦。

4. Frequent shutdown and start-up of biogas generator units during construction: frequent shutdown and start-up of biogas generator units during construction will cause coking at the turbine end of the intermediate shell of the supercharger; At the same time, it will cause coking in the oil return chamber of the intermediate shell, reduce the oil return chamber of the supercharger, and cause oil leakage due to poor oil return. Check whether all vulnerable parts are intact and remove the coking.

5、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組竄氣嚴(yán)重會(huì)造成增壓器的回油不暢、增壓器漏油：有些增壓器發(fā)現(xiàn)漏油甚至兩端漏油，經(jīng)檢查增壓器是合格品，進(jìn)油回油也正常，再進(jìn)行拆檢發(fā)現(xiàn)增壓器主軸中段有很厚的油垢還有些發(fā)硬，鏟除清洗后發(fā)現(xiàn)主軸中段變淡黃色且增壓器回油管中亦有油垢，從以上現(xiàn)象可以判斷為沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組竄氣引起增壓器的回油不暢。更換沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組四配套排除沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組下竄氣，對(duì)增壓器、回油管進(jìn)行清洗，故障即可排除。

5. Serious gas channeling of biogas generator set will cause poor oil return of supercharger and oil leakage of supercharger: some superchargers find oil leakage or even oil leakage at both ends. After inspection, the supercharger is qualified, and the oil inlet and return are normal. After disassembly and inspection, it is found that there is thick oil dirt and some hardness in the middle section of supercharger main shaft, After cleaning, it is found that the middle section of the main shaft turns pale yellow and there is oil dirt in the oil return pipe of the supercharger. From the above phenomena, it can be judged that the oil return of the supercharger is not smooth due to gas channeling of the biogas generator set. Replace the four supporting parts of the biogas generator set, eliminate the gas channeling under the biogas generator set, and clean the supercharger and oil return pipe, and the fault can be eliminated.
