1、拆下噴油泵一調(diào)速器總成缸的高壓油管，把調(diào)速器上的手柄鎖定在柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組供油量位置上。

2、按柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方向扳動(dòng)飛輪，在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中觀察噴油泵缸的供油情況，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)缸的油面剛剛波動(dòng)時(shí)停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)曲軸。

3、若飛輪殼上的指針?biāo)鶎?duì)應(yīng)飛輪上的供油度數(shù)與該型號(hào)柴油機(jī)規(guī)定的供油角度不符時(shí)，可松開(kāi)噴油泵結(jié)合盤(pán)上的兩個(gè)鎖緊螺釘，然后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)曲軸，使指針對(duì)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)的角度，緊固兩個(gè)固定螺釘即可。
