2. Pay attention to the assembly technical requirements. The repair personnel generally pay more attention to the valve clearance and bearing bush clearance, but some technical requirements are often ignored. For example, when installing the cylinder liner, the upper plane should be about 0.1 mm higher than the plane of the body, otherwise the cylinder will leak or the cylinder gasket will be damaged continuously.

3、注意有些配合件要成對(duì)更換。噴油器針閥偶件、柱塞副和出油閥副三大精密偶件要成對(duì)更換，這一點(diǎn)一般能做到。但對(duì)其它一些配件卻不注意成對(duì)更換，如更換齒輪時(shí)，只更換磨損較嚴(yán)重的一個(gè)，裝配后由于嚙合不好，噪聲加大，磨損加劇，使用壽命將大大縮短。又如更換氣缸套時(shí)，也應(yīng)更換活塞和活塞環(huán)等。

5、同一型號(hào)的不同加大件(配件)不通用。在采用修理尺寸法時(shí)，可選用加大尺寸的零件，但須認(rèn)準(zhǔn)是加大哪一級(jí)的零件。如次磨曲軸后只能選用加大0.25毫米的軸瓦，若選用加大0.5毫米的軸瓦，軸瓦的刮削量加大，不僅浪費(fèi)時(shí)間，而且保證不了修理質(zhì)量，也會(huì)大大降低軸瓦的使用壽命。

5. Different enlarged parts (accessories) of the same model are not common. When the repair dimension method is adopted, the parts with larger size can be selected, but it is necessary to identify which level of parts are enlarged. For example, after grinding the crankshaft, only the bearing bush with an increase of 0.25 mm can be selected. 6、防止零件錯(cuò)裝、漏裝。就單缸機(jī)而言就有一千多個(gè)零件，而且大多數(shù)有一定的安裝位置及方向要求，如不注意，就容易錯(cuò)裝或者漏裝。如渦流室鑲塊位置裝反，燃油不能直接通過(guò)起動(dòng)噴孔，使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)困難或根本不能起動(dòng)。

6. Prevent wrong and missing parts. For single-cylinder engines, there are more than 1000 parts, and most of them have certain installation position and direction requirements.
