1) Check the base and shell and clean them. The paint is required to be in good condition.

2）檢查定子鐵芯、繞組、機座內部，并清掃灰塵、油垢和雜物。繞組上的污垢，只能用木質或塑料制的鏟子清除，并用干凈抹布擦拭，注意不能損傷絕緣。

2) Check the stator core, winding and the inside of the frame, and clean up the dust, oil dirt and sundries. The dirt on the winding can only be removed with a shovel made of wood or plastic, and wiped with a clean cloth. Pay attention not to damage the insulation.

3）檢查定子外殼與鐵芯的連接是否緊固，焊接處有無裂紋。

3) Check whether the connection between the stator shell and the iron core is tight and whether there are cracks at the welding part.

4）檢查定子及其零部件的完整性，配齊缺件。

4) Check the integrity of stator and its parts, and complete the missing parts.

5）用1000-2500V的兆歐表測量三相繞組的絕緣電阻，若阻值不合格，應查明原因并進行相應的處理。

5) Use 1000-2500v megger to measure the insulation resistance of three-phase winding. If the resistance value is unqualified, find out the reason and take corresponding treatment.

6）檢查定子鐵芯硅鋼片有元銹斑、松動及損傷現象。若有銹斑，可用金屬刷子刷除后涂上硅鋼片漆。若有松動現象，可打入薄云母片或環氧玻璃膠板制的楔子。如發現有局部過熱引起的變色銹斑，應做鐵芯試驗，當鐵損和溫升不合格時，應對鐵芯進行特殊處理。

6) Check the silicon steel sheet of stator core for rust, looseness and damage. If there are rust spots, the metal brush can be used to brush off and then coated with silicon steel sheet paint. If there is looseness, wedge made of thin mica sheet or epoxy glass rubber plate can be driven. If discoloration and rust spots caused by local overheating are found, the iron core shall be tested. When the iron loss and temperature rise are unqualified, the iron core shall be specially treated.

7）檢查定子槽楔有無松動、斷裂及凸出現象，檢查通風溝內的線棒有無脹鼓情況。如楔子和絕緣套發黑，說明有過熱現象，應消除通風不良現象或降低負荷運行。檢查端部絕緣有無損壞。當絕緣墊塊和絕緣夾有干縮情況時，可加墊或更換。端部綁扎如有松動，可將舊綁線拆除，用新綁線重新綁扎。

7) Check whether the stator slot wedge is loose, broken and protruding, and check whether the winding bar in the ventilation ditch has bulge. If the wedge and insulating sleeve are blackened, it indicates that there is overheating phenomenon, and the phenomenon of poor ventilation shall be eliminated or the load operation shall be reduced. Check the end insulation for damage. When the insulation cushion block and insulation clamp have dry shrinkage, cushion can be added or replaced. If the end binding is loose, the old binding wire can be removed and the new binding wire can be used to bind again.

8）檢查定子鐵芯夾緊螺釘是否松動，如發現夾緊螺母下面的絕緣墊損壞，應更換。用500-1000V兆歐表測量夾緊螺釘的絕緣電阻，一般應為10-20兆歐姆。

8) Check whether the clamping screw of stator core is loose. If the insulation pad under the clamping nut is damaged, replace it. Use 500-1000v megger to measure the insulation resistance of clamping screw, which should be 10-20 megohm.

9）檢查發電機引出線頭與是纜連接的緊固情況。

9) Check the tightness of the connection between the generator lead-in head and the cable.

10）檢查軸承有元向繞組端部濺油的情況。如繞組端部粘有油垢，可用干凈的布浸以汽油或四氯化碳擦拭。如端部絕緣受油侵蝕比較嚴重，必要時可噴一層耐油防護漆。

10) Check whether there is oil splashing at the end of the winding. If there is oil dirt on the end of winding, clean cloth can be dipped in gasoline or carbon tetrachloride to wipe. If the end insulation is seriously corroded by oil, a layer of oil resistant protective paint can be sprayed if necessary.

11）檢查并修整端蓋、窺視窗、定子外殼上的氈墊及其他接縫處的襯墊。

11) Inspect and trim the end cover, sight glass, felt pads on the stator housing and gaskets at other joints.
