1、壓殼出口因油氣積累而引起的增壓器壓氣端漏油：檢查增壓器，確認增壓器是合格品，一般可以從增壓器的使用情況來分析，如使用環(huán)境灰塵大，引起空濾清器堵塞造成負壓達5.5kPa以上，即會造成增壓器壓氣端漏油；汽車在山區(qū)下大坡，沼氣發(fā)電機組不加油門低速行駛15分鐘以上，增壓器中壓葉輪背面建立不起氣封形成真空也會引起增壓器壓氣端漏油。只要經常保養(yǎng)空濾清器，沼氣發(fā)電機組怠速時間不要過長，這種假性漏油現象即可排除。

Generally, it can be analyzed from the service condition of the supercharger. If the dust in the service environment causes the blockage of the air filter and the negative pressure is more than 5.5kpa, oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger will be caused; When the car goes downhill in the mountain area, the biogas generator set runs at a low speed for more than 15 minutes without the refueling valve, and the air seal cannot be established on the back of the medium pressure impeller of the supercharger to form a vacuum, which will also cause oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger. As long as the air filter is regularly maintained, the idle time of biogas generator set should not be too long, and this false oil leakage can be eliminated.

2、機油壓力過高會引起增壓器漏油：沼氣發(fā)電機組增壓器的進油壓力過高也是引起增壓器漏油的原因之一。當我們經檢查確認增壓器是合格品，而又發(fā)現沼氣發(fā)電機組的機油壓遠高于說明書的規(guī)定，則要檢查沼氣發(fā)電機組的潤滑系統(tǒng)，調壓閥是否卡死或失靈，沼氣發(fā)電機組的機油壓力正常了，增壓器的漏油即可排除。

2. Too high oil pressure will cause oil leakage of supercharger: too high oil inlet pressure of supercharger of biogas generator set is also one of the reasons for oil leakage of supercharger. 3、回油不暢會造成增壓器漏油：沼氣發(fā)電機組增壓器的回油是靠油的自重從增壓器回油管回入沼氣發(fā)電機組中，如果回油管出現縮節(jié)和阻塞，增壓器的回油不暢，增壓器會出現兩端滲漏機油。應排除回油不暢，在增壓器完好的情況下，故障也即排除。

3. Poor oil return will cause oil leakage of the supercharger: the oil return of the supercharger of the biogas generator set is returned from the oil return pipe of the supercharger to the biogas generator set by the self weight of the oil. If the oil return pipe shrinks and blocks, the oil return of the supercharger is poor, and the oil leakage at both ends of the supercharger will occur. The poor oil return shall be eliminated. If the supercharger is in good condition, the fault shall be eliminated.

4、沼氣發(fā)電機組在施工中頻繁停車起動：沼氣發(fā)電機組在施工中頻繁停車起動，會引起增壓器中間殼渦輪端結焦；同時引起中間殼回油腔結焦，使增壓器回油腔縮小回油不暢產生漏油，應檢查各易損件是否完好，并清 除結焦。

4. 5、沼氣發(fā)電機組竄氣嚴重會造成增壓器的回油不暢、增壓器漏油：有些增壓器發(fā)現漏油甚至兩端漏油，經檢查增壓器是合格品，進油回油也正常，再進行拆檢發(fā)現增壓器主軸中段有很厚的油垢還有些發(fā)硬，鏟除清洗后發(fā)現主軸中段變淡黃色且增壓器回油管中亦有油垢。

5. Serious gas channeling of biogas generator set will cause poor oil return of supercharger and oil leakage of supercharger: some superchargers find oil leakage or even oil leakage at both ends. After inspection, the supercharger is qualified, and the oil inlet and return are normal. After disassembly and inspection, it is found that there is thick oil dirt and some hardness in the middle section of supercharger main shaft, After cleaning, it was found that the middle section of the main shaft turned pale yellow and there was oil dirt in the return pipe of the supercharger.

以上現象可以判斷為沼氣發(fā)電機組竄氣引起增壓器的回油不暢。更換沼氣發(fā)電機組四配套排除沼氣發(fā)電機組下竄氣，對增壓器、回油管進行清洗，故障即可排除。
